Can I cancel my order before despatch?

Yes. But 20% of the amount will be deducted as cancellation charge. Remaining amount would be refunded back to your account through the same mode that was used to make the purchase


Can I cancel my order after arrival?

Unfortunately you cannot !!


What if there is a manufacturing defect?

This will be guided by warranty terms of the individual brand.


What if the arrived product is not what I had ordered for?

We will give you replacement at no extra cost. However, if the product you had asked for is not in stock, GensetGo reserves right to refund you full amount. But GensetGo needs to be informed about mismatch within 72 hours via email (sales@gensetgo.com). Also, please ensure item is not used and not tampered in anyway.


How will my money be returned?

Through the same mode order was booked.


How do I cancel my order/ return item ( if this is not the one I had asked for) to GensetGo?

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

- Return request is made outside the specified time frame

- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it

- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty

- Any consumable item which has been used or installed

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories


I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.


How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If you have recieved an item that is not what was ordered by you, we will give you replacement at no extra cost. However, in case, we do not have item in our stock, we will initiate refund as soon as we get the material back from you through our logistics partner.

Once refund to your source is intiated, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by GensetGo.
